This restaurant is one of the best Mexican restaurants my husband and I have ever been to! We had the Mezcal dip as an appetizer and it was a delicious blend of seasoned ground beef, refried beans and cheese!! Yum yum!! 😋 We also had a taco salad and California burrito!! We were not disappointed!! 😊 The wait staff was friendly, courteous and prompt! We hope to be back again soon!

Nice find and was seated quickly and our server was prompt. Chips fresh and crisp, salsa was good. Try the Mezcal Dip; refried beans with seasoned beef and queso. Wife had the fajitas Jalisco which she enjoyed, flavored well and tender. I had the street tacos with rice and charro beans; charro beans good flavored with bacon , onions and other meat, rice tender and moist and the street tacos were good but in my opinion nowhere near the street tacos fromVendor trucks. Lol.

I had the steak Fajita Chimichangas and it was very good. The tortilla was crispy and the cheese sauce was delicious.

Awesome restaurant. Great staff. I arrived at 8:45pm and they accommodated me even though they closed at 9pm. Tried a new item on their menu: Street Tacos! Yum! Had one steak, one pork, on chicken, and one chorizo. All were chunky pieces of meat. The chorizo was the best! It arrived with rice and homemade Frijoles Charros (which is like a soup broth to enhance the flavor of the street tacos). So good! Highly recommended!

Seems to have pretty good sized portions and they don't have cilantro in their dip.

Visited for lunch, the food was very tasty that is flavorful. Ordered the steak fajitas with Patron margarita. The chips and salsa were fresh and just the right amount of spicy. Service was fast and on point. Recommend El Molcajete for lunch, I will bring my family back to check out their dinner offerings.

More like Tex Mex food but still amazing food!Staff are always friendly and incredibly helpful especially with wrong orders they will fix you up in no time. Food is excellent and flavorful! Perfect for celebration dinners, groups of friends or even by yourself. Best chips and salsa in Tahlequah!

The place is decent for the price to be honest it's not worth it. Specially if not lunch menu price. We ordered the chimichangas which was slightly small for the price which was outrageous. Other then that my kid like the mac n cheese and fries kids meal lol.

Best mexican restaurant in tahlequah, hands down!

Always good fast and friendly service. The food is consistently good and you can customize it with no problem. If you are a sports fan there is usually something on one of the 6 tvs to watch while you enjoy your meal.The bar is also pretty good if you want something a little stronger than beer or soda.

Very clean, friendly staff, following CDC guidelines, good food & fare prices.

I don't like giving a negative review. . .Had Fahitas. . .It was more like roast beef soup. I came back home and vomited. Total bill for 2 was $33.00. My part went down the drain. I cannot recommend the place !
